Applicant Privacy Notice
AUX Logistics uses the information you provide through our Careers form to review your interest in driving or courier opportunities, assess your location and availability, and contact you about a suitable opportunity.
Information we collect
Your name, contact details, location, preferred work areas, opportunity preference, driving licence information, delivery experience, availability and any optional information or PDF CV you provide. If you use your own van, you may also provide vehicle and insurance information. We record your declaration and the time of your enquiry.
How your information is handled
Enquiries and optional CVs are stored in AUX’s enquiry system. Enquiry details and an attached CV, if supplied, are sent to AUX’s designated recruitment inbox. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. Authorised staff and service providers supporting the enquiry system may process these details for application handling. Your enquiry is not a marketing subscription.
Retention and your rights
Contact AUX at contact@auxlogistics.co.uk to ask about retention, request access or correction, or request deletion of your application details. Please do not send identity documents or bank details with an initial enquiry.
