Good packaging protects your goods and protects your claim. Follow these steps to ensure safe transit.

Choose the right box. Use strong, double-wall corrugated cardboard. Single-wall boxes are not sufficient for courier transit. No damaged or previously used boxes.

Wrap items individually. Use bubble wrap, foam wrap or packing peanuts. Fragile items should be double-wrapped with a minimum 5cm of cushioning on all sides.

Fill empty space. Use packing peanuts, crumpled paper or air pillows to prevent items shifting in transit. The box should feel solid with no movement inside.

Seal all seams. Use 50mm heavy-duty parcel tape across all edges and joins. Do not use string, thin tape or masking tape.

Remove old labels. Cover or remove all old delivery labels, barcodes and addresses from previous shipments to avoid misrouting.

Label clearly. Write the delivery address large and clearly on the outside. Also place a copy of the delivery address inside the parcel as a backup.

Mark fragile items. Write "FRAGILE" and "THIS WAY UP" on all sides of the box. Our drivers will handle accordingly.
